A Young Woman Gets Arrested For DUI, Talks To Her Manager At Work, And Gets Inspired To Turn Her Life Around And Recover Her Self Esteem Jacquie was identified at the office as an incredibly conservative human being who had a great work record. She never went to any of the happy hours immediately after work and it was regarded through the entire company that she was an incredibly religious person who many times talked about the dangers of alcohol abuse and alcohol addiction in our United States. Try to think of the surprise inside the department when one Monday AM Jacquie did not show up for work and not a soul had heard from her. In reality, it wasn't until approximately 8:45 in the morning that the human resources department received a phone call about Jacquie from the local jail. Seemingly, Jacquie went out drinking together with several of her college house mates Saturday night and at some time close to 3:45 Sunday morning, Jacquie was arrested for "driving under the influence." Considering that her blood alcohol concentration (BAC) was very elevated, she was mandated to spend one day in the local jail. When Jacquie came to the office on Tuesday morning, she immediately informed her manager what had transpired and she asked if she might possibly go and talk with the Human Resources manager about her "driving while intoxicated" arrest. The Human Resources manager told Jacquie that she needs to see someone within the fine company employee's assistance program to discuss any potential drinking difficulty that she might have. The Human Resources manager also stated that she needs to explain her desire to hire a DUI attorney to represent her concerning her "driving under the influence" case. Moreover, the Human Resources director told Jacquie that it was constructive that she really wanted to employ a "driving under the influence" lawyer because of the difficulties and problematic issues that are linked to a DWI conviction. Just before finishing their discussion, the Human Resources manager informed Jacquie that it was quite positive that she doesn't seem to have any long term alcohol effects. The Human Resources manager stressed that this is relevant because according to alcoholism statistics and facts, the long term effects of alcohol not only weaken an individual's health, but they can also impair any and all close relationships the alcohol dependent individual may have. Jacquie thanked the Human Resources manager for his practical and encouraging words and then walked over to the company employee's assistance program go over her "driving under the influence" arrest, her involvement in hazardous and careless drinking drinking over the past weekend, and her need to hire a DWI attorney to represent her "driving under the influence" case. After hearing Jacquie's "story", the healthcare professional that was part of the employee's assistance program described Jacquie's immediate "game plan" that she needed to address and follow. First, she would be required to take a DUI class to learn more DUI Facts and information. Second, she would also have to attend and alcohol abuse class to address her probable drinking problem. And lastly, it would be a particularly intelligent thing to do if she were to consult with a DUI Lawyer about her DUI arrest. Other Articles
